Tenant Advocate provides software tools that analyze documents and organize records for informational purposes related to housing and tenancy under applicable United States law.
Tenant Advocate is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation.
Information generated by the Platform is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Nothing generated by Tenant Advocate should be interpreted as a substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney or qualified legal professional in your state.
This version of the Terms applies to users in the United States. Tenant rights laws vary by state and municipality. The Platform provides general informational support and does not guarantee coverage of all applicable local laws.
Users agree that they:
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Tenant Advocate operates on a subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed at tenantadvocate.ai/subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal.
All software, systems, branding, and platform features remain the property of Tenant Advocate. Users retain ownership of documents they upload.
Tenant Advocate does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TENANT ADVOCATE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL TENANT ADVOCATE’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY USER IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tenant Advocate and its operators from claims arising from uploaded content, misuse of the Platform, or violations of these Terms.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law. Class action waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Tenant Advocate may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after notification of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
